A Customer ...
- is the most important person in our company, wheter he is visiting, writing or calling.
- does not depend on us, but we depend on him.
- is no disruption to our work. He is the only reason for it.
- is not statistic, but a human being who might be subject to prejudgment and mistakes.
- is not someone to have a dispute with or someone to measure you intellect with. No one ever won a dispuation againtst a customer.
- is no outsider, but a living part of our business.
- We are not doing him a favor by serving him but he is doing us a favor, giving us a chance to do so.
